I can't make the pickup window. Can I pick up another time? We understand that school and work schedules might not always line up with the pickup window, so we are happy to accommodate early or late pickups on Tuesdays, but they MUST be approved before the order is placed by emailing joyridebaking@gmail.com. We do not currently offer pickup on any day but Tuesday.
How long does the bread stay fresh? Bread typically stays fresh for 4-5 days depending on storage method. Check out our tips for storing your bread here.

Where is your bread made? All of our bread and treats are made in our home bakery, which is licensed through the Georgia Department of Agriculture.
Is your home bakery nut or common allergen-free? While we make every effort to prevent cross-contamination, our items are baked where common allergens are present, including but not limited to gluten, dairy, eggs, tree nuts, corn, and peanuts. Many of our bakery items also contain nuts. Items listed as free of a certain allergen are not guaranteed to be completely allergen-free. Please contact us at joyridebaking@gmail.com if you have questions about any specific item. Allergens are listed here on our ingredients page.
Are all of your breads vegan? While most of our breads are vegan, some do contain dairy or eggs, which is indicated in the ingredients and on the order form.

Is sourdough gluten-free or do you offer gluten-free bread? While many people with gluten sensitivities can enjoy sourdough bread, it is not gluten-free and we do not offer any gluten-free items at this time.
